Celebration of creativity
Monday the 14th of January from 7.30 until 9.30 (in the evening)
A chance to work on a creative project of your own, or to try one of the organised activities.
An opportunity to learn from God and each other by appreciating the good and beautiful in our lives
Come and spend the first half of the evening practicing creative skills. The second half of the evening will be an opportunity to listen to each other. In this way we can learn from the experience of people explaining their appreciation of things they think are good or beautiful and explore new ways in which art can help deepen our faith.
You are invited to bring along something which you think is beautiful. This could be a picture, or some music (we will have various players) or anything else you remember as an experience of what is good. You will have a chance to explain it and any spiritual significance you find through it, while everyone else listens. You don't need to bring anything other than yourself and a willingness to participate though!
